Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email for my order?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email for a recent purchase, first check your spam/junk email folder. Sometimes the automated confirmation page is sent there. please contact us at shop at info@reef.baby
When will my order be shipped?
All next day or 2-day orders must placed by 2PM ET / 11AM PT in order to ship out same-day. Estimated delivery for UPS ground shipping is 5-7 business days, but with congestion in the carrier systems it could take longer. Estimated delivery for UPS SurePost is 7-10 business days You will receive an email once your order has shipped.
When will my order arrive?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped that will included an estimated arrival date.
*Delivery outside of the continental United States may add 7-10 additional days to delivery.
Am I able to cancel or edit my order after I’ve placed it?
We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. However our orders get processed super quickly so we can get them to your doorstep! As a result, we are not able to cancel or edit orders due to system limitations.

REEF offers UPS SurePost, which takes 7-10 business days once the order has shipped, as well as standard shipping, which takes 5-7 days once the order has shipped, as well as 2 day and next day shipping methods. We do our best to ship all orders placed by 2PM ET / 11AM PT that same-day, otherwise by the following business day. Reef ships Mon-Fri, excluding Sat-Sun & holidays.

I think I unfortunately received a defective product, what should I do?
I’m sorry! We only sell products that have gone through rigorous quality testing. We handle all product issues on a case by case basis. We appreciate if you could include all relevant details in your email – your name, order number, what you purchased, and what the issue is. Extra points for photos! We really appreciate you notifying us of any defects because it helps us improve. It is our goal to make the very best products for you! If your item was purchased in a store, please contact the store directly to arrange for a return or exchange. We generally are only able to refund or exchange items purchased on Reef.com.
Do you have a warranty?
All orders placed on REEF are covered under a Limited Warranty. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with Reef products. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of your product, please email us at info@reef.baby. We are happy to talk to you on a case by case basis.
